Ranieri: «We will have to be perfect in the return match»

The match at Stamford Bridge ended a few minutes ago and yet many bianconeri are already thinking of the match at the Olimpico on the 10th of March. In front of their supporters Del Piero and company will try to turn round the 1-0 result conceded.

A great performance will definitely be necessary seeing the way the blues are charged up and also seeing the result, the strangest in 180 minute matches. Ranieri agrees :  «We are hopeful with regards to the return match even though we know we will have to play a perfect match and run more then them. I am not happy with the fact that we didn’t manage to score. I would have preferred to play worse but score at least one goal. In Turin we will have to attack and at the same time be careful not to suffer. While entering the dressing rooms the boys seemed convinced that they can make it and this makes me hoepful».
