Registration to the 2008 Juventus Summer Camps have been open less than a month and already over 500 kids have signed up. This has become one of the unmissable events in Juventus' summer.
The summer camps are in their fifth year: on summer 2004, there was only one camp, in Bardonecchia, on the Piedmontese Alps. Now there are camps also in the Trentino region, in Roncegno Terme and Madonna di Campiglio, in Procida in the Campania region, Lido Adriano on the coast near Ravenna, Monopoli in the Puglia region and Nottingham in England, where an English language course is added too. Seven different locations but with the same guarantee: a quality camp with plenty of football and fun.
In the last few years, Juventus have established themselves in Italy in the field of sport holidays with their excellent packages and have received recognition for the high quality of their offer, from the choice of locations and facilities to the care in organizing sporting and non-sporting activities; a success that is confirmed by the first four summers' stats.
Over the four years, more than 4500 kids have spent at least one week's holiday in a Juventus Soccer School; up to 85 coaches, doctors and entertainment staff have been employed at the same time.
Kids from five continents have signed up for these Juventus camps, which have thus become a chance to get to know new friends who support the same team from every part of the world. As many as 32 different countries have been represented: Mexico, Switzerland, France, Germany, United States and Venezuela have had the biggest number of enrolments after Italy.
