The 2023/2024 women's Serie A calendar was today made official, with the dates of this season's fixtures now confirmed.
Like last season, this year's championship will see 10 teams participate in the first phase of the top-flight league, with every team facing off in round-trip matches. Thereafter, two distinct groups will be formed: one involving the top five ranked teams, and the other, the bottom five. The Scudetto will be fought fo amongst the first group, again playing each other home and away, with access to the UEFA Women's Champions League up for grabs as well. Survival in Italy's top-flight will be at stake for the five lowest ranked teams.
For the purposes of the second phase, the points acquired in the first phase will be maintained.
