In today's match against Udinese our Brazilian defender reached an extraordinary milestone in making his 320th appearance in a Juventus shirt. Alex Sandro now shares this extraordinary feat in second spot with David Trezeguet and, together with Pavel Nedved on 327, is among the three foreign players with the most appearances in the club's history.
Alex Sandro joined Juventus in the summer of 2015 from Porto, and made his debut on 12 September in the home fixture against Chievo Verona. In nine seasons in black and white, he has won five Scudetti, four Italian Cups and three Italian Super Cups, scoring a total of 13 goals, the first coming against Udine in Juventus' 4-0 success. He has scored two goals in the Turin Derby, the first coming in September 2017’s 4-0 win at the Allianz, and the decisive second in 2018’s Derby victory at the Olimpico.
Congratulations, Alex!
