A day Luis Hasa will surely never forget.
For the Juventus talent born in 2004, currently playing for Juventus Next Gen, January 11th marks the day he received his first call-up to the First Team ahead of the Bianconeri’s Coppa Italia quarter-final at home to Frosinone. Hasa's shirt for the match against the Ciociari will be number 50.
It’s the first official call-up for the attacking midfielder, having been part of the senior squad that played a pre-season friendly against Atalanta in Cesena on 12 August.
Thursday night’s Cup clash will have an even more special flavour for Luis as he was born in the province of Frosinone, in Sora.
Hasa, who turned 20 on 6 January, made his professional debut in the current season - 2023/2024 - and has already made 17 appearances for the Next Gen, between the championship and the Italian Serie C Cup. Just before Christmas, on 19 December, he also scored his first goal in Serie C with a beautiful free-kick, helping Massimo Brambilla's side earn victory against Virtus Entella.
