Coach Massimiliano Allegri's 406th appearance on the Bianconeri bench, which as of Saturday put him in second place on the Juve coaches' all-time appearance list behind only Giovanni Trapattoni, was celebrated on Tuesday, 20 February at the Juventus Museum, where a totem dedicated to this very milestone was placed.
It was a special moment dedicated to the Coach, which was attended by the entire club, its staff and the entire Juventus management, led by the President, Gianluca Ferrero, who said: "We are happy and proud to celebrate such an important and historic number as the one that our coach has reached.”
Coach Allegri himself said, “It’s an achievement that represents a path that has new challenges ahead of us, both in the league and in the Coppa Italia. The bench may bear my name, but it’s to be shared with my entire team that has spent and spends so much time with me."
It was thus a memorable afternoon, culminating in the Temple of Trophies, where with all the Cups won together with Allegri, a celebratory video was projected which ended, not surprisingly, with:
"Congratulations, Coach!"
