Seventy-one teams from five continents, with a total of almost 300 matches played and almost 1,300 goals scored in the beautiful settings of Susa, Bardonecchia, Oulx and Sauze and Continassa, the latter being the venue for the finals of this always enjoyable event.
The fourth edition of the annual Juventus Academy World Cup was once again a resounding success, the smiles on the all the participants' faces proof of such.
The four-day tournament drew to its conclusion on Friday, 16 June 2023, with the closing ceremony taking place at the Allianz Stadium in the presence of Sebastian Giovinco, Juventus Legend and Official Partner of Juventus Academy Toronto, whose inspiring words no doubt resonated with all of the passionate youngsters present.
Then came the moment to award the winning teams from the various categories, a time of great joy for the youngsters, but also to share and reflect on the past week's success.
These were all days of great celebration, accompanied by music and dancing and of course, lots of football, with the numbers above telling only part of the incredible black and white story of each team, united in Turin from across the globe.
