Juventus is well aware of the responsibilities and influence its actions has on the environment. We are aware of this correlation between the Club and its territorial dimensions, and as such, it has the responsibility to reduce its impact as much as possible.
The pursuit of this goal has added an important new step in the environmental sustainability journey the Club has undertaken. Considering this, a Sustainable Mobility Plan for the Allianz Stadium during matchdays has been implemented.
Revising and making the mobility service more effective is a challenge that started in 2019, through the study and monitoring of the transport systems, and access of spectators into the Stadium. This aided in the development of a mobility plan which was divided into a series of actions.
The first of these will take place on Sunday 5 December, when Juventus will host Genoa. One will see a change in the road network, which will be implemented in order to limit traffic congestion and improve the entry of spectators, which, will in turn, reduce the environmental impact that is related to these movements.
Vehicle access in the areas adjacent to the Stadium will only be possible by presenting the Parking Ticket’s QR Code that can be purchased on parking.juventus.com.
The areas affected by the new mobility plan will be:
- Controviale of Corso Grosseto on the Stadium side
- Corso Gaetano Scirea
- Continassa road
This new challenge represents only the beginning of a gradual process of continuous evolution, undertaken not only to improve the experience of the pre and post-game in compliance with sustainable mobility, but also to make a further contribution to the Sustainability plan undertaken by the Club to reduce as much as possible its own negative impacts.
