It’s already time to annouce the first Player of the Month award for the new season, as August concludes with two matches already under the belt for our Bianconeri.
And our first winner comes as no surprise: he enjoyed a lively opening encounter against Como, hitting the post and having a goal chalked off after a VAR review, but was unlucky to register his name on the scoresheet. He however made amends on Matchday 2 with a well-taken strike, followed by a cool and calm penalty to help secure our 3-0 win away at Hellas Verona.
We're of course talking about our Number 9, Dusan Vlahovic, who - as voted by you, the fans on Juventus.com - is the recipient of the first MVP of the Month award of the 2024/25 season, taking home August's trophy to add to the several he already bagged last season.
The Serbian will receive his prize before Sunday's home match against Roma, kicking off at 20:45 CEST at the Allianz Stadium.
