Good news of international interest concerning Juventus Football Club. Francesco Gianello, Juventus' Facilities Management Director, has been appointed president of ESSMA, the European Stadium and Safety Management Association.
Gianello succeeds John Beattie, of Arsenal, in this position, and is an appointment that rewards the quality of work, over the years, of Juventus and, of course, of Gianello, always with the aim of ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and service for all operations related to the facilities of our corporate headquarters.
With a degree in Modern Languages and Literature from the University of Turin, Francesco Gianello began his professional career in the field of commerce and public relations, with a particular focus on the foreign market, thanks to his excellent knowledge of English, Russian, German and French. In December 1998, he joined Juventus first as secretary of the Youth Sector and then, after the establishment of the Sports Secretarial Department, in the position of Head.
Starting in October 2010, Gianello assumed the role of Head of Stadium, and in October 2018 he became Head of Stadium and Facilities, before being promoted to Head of Facilities Management in 2020.
Since 2018, he has been a member of the Advisory Committee of ESSMA of which, as of today, he assumes the Chairmanship.
Congratulations from all of us!
