Piero Giacomelli will run the rule over the Old Lady’s upcoming league clash with Empoli at Juventus Stadium this Saturday.
The 37-year-old, who is to take charge of a match involving the Bianconeri for the third time in his career, has previously overseen 47 top flight encounters since making his Serie A debut back in 2011.
The Trieste-born official acted as the man in the middle for Juventus' 1-0 victory over Bologna last season, while also officiating this term’s 3-0 success against Cesena.
Giacomelli will be supported in Turin by assistant referees Giacomo Paganessi and Giuseppe Stallone, goal-line officials Paolo Valeri and Filippo Merchiori and fourth official Andrea Edoardo Stefani.
