It's been another strong season for the Bianconeri, but the job isn't done yet. The boys have a great desire to end the season with trophies, as Giuseppe Marotta said this evening.
"We've had the pleasure of raising the Coppa Italia in the last three years and we want to repeat this wonderful experience on Wednesday also as a gift to our wonderful fans."
Obviously, the Juventus CEO says this knowing there's a strong opponent on the other side of the pitch. "We will face a very motivated Milan side because this is a big objective for them. But we want to win."
If Juventus win on Wednesday, it could be a double-trophy week, should the Bianconeri earn at least a point against Roma on Sunday or Napoli drop a point away to Sampdoria.
"Mathematics still does not allow us to celebrate," Marotta notes. "We are however realistic and virtually feel the trophy, but we want the point to make it official and real. In any case, we can say there has been a great effort made by the whole organization, squad, coaches and fans."
Finally, Marotta spoke about the coach and the Captain: "Buffon is calm, as always when he's preparing for big matches. He's a great champion and they are like this with others who get better from his presence. Gigi is, in all respects, an icon of football.
"With Allegri, we have a great rapport that has always worked well and still continues that way. At the right time, after we accomplish the Scudetto, we will talk about the future which I'm sure will be full of future satisfaction together."
