International Recap | A win for Italy, Turkey and Colombia held to draws

The season’s first international window is well underway now, and four Bianconeri have been in action in the last few hours - namely Andrea Cambiaso with Italy, Kenan Yildiz with Turkey, Jonas Rouhi with Sweden’s Under-21s, and Danilo with Brazil.

IN EUROPE

Italy enjoyed a spirited comeback win away at France, with Federico Dimarco, Davide Frattesi and Giacomo Raspadori all scoring, and Andrea Cambiaso had a hand to play in the Azzurri’s victory. On the bench, as well, were Federico Gatti and Nicolo Fagioli.

Kenan and Turkey could only draw, though, away against Wales. Our No.10 played 77 minutes.

Much like Italy, Rouhi and his Sweden U21 teammates celebrated at the final whistle. He came on in the 58th minute, helping his nation to a 9-0 win over Gibraltar.

IN THE AMERICAS

Across the Atlantic Ocean, Danilo and Brazil were in action, and he played from start to finish as they beat Ecuador in qualification for the 2026 World Cup.

Juan Cabal didn’t manage to get on the pitch as Colombia and Peru drew 1-1.
