The second men's international break of the season closed for more of our Bianconeri on Monday evening, and Italy managed to tighten their grip on top spot in their group with a 4-1 win over Israel in Udine.
Nicolo Fagioli and Andrea Cambiaso both played their part for the Azzurri, while Michele Di Gregorio was on the bench.
Kenan Yildiz and his Turkiye teammates also held on to top spot in their group, enjoying a 4-2 win away in Iceland. Kenan played an important part in the win as well, providing an assist before coming off in the dying minutes of the game.
Elsewhere, Jonas Rouhi played 77 minutes for Sweden's Under-21s as they lost 3-0 away to the Netherlands.
