Given the absolute peculiarity of the national context, Juventus F.C. has decided - in exception to the recent applicable legislation, as well as to the contractual conditions currently in force - to reimburse the price of the single ticket purchased and paid by the fans through the official sales channels for the Coppa Italia match between Juventus F.C. vs Milan, initially scheduled for 04/03 and then postponed to 12/06, where it will be played behind closed doors on the orders of the Public Authority.
These are several the ways in which fans can receive a refund, starting from Tuesday 16 June 2020 at 16:00, for the price paid for the ticket (s) of the Juventus vs Milan match:
1. Fans who purchased the ticket on the Sport.ticketone.it website or through the Ticketone call center will automatically and without the need for requests, obtain a refund equal to the amount indicated on the ticket, by crediting the same card used to purchase tickets.
2. Fans who purchased the ticket at the ticket office must access the page dedicated to refunds for points of sale tickets on the Ticketone.it website and follow the procedure for requesting a refund for the ticket purchased at the ticket office. In the procedure you are asked to enter the letterpress number and a copy of the coupons. It is therefore recommended to check the image quality before sending. The sending of coupons by registered mail is not required. The only procedure will be online. The refund form with the attachments must be received by TicketOne by 4 September 2020.
3. Members enrolled in an Official Fan Club who have purchased the single ticket must contact their Club - which has applied for tickets on their behalf through the dedicated portal - in order to obtain a refund of the price specified on the coupon. More information will be communicated through the dedicated JOFC portal.
4. Fans who purchased through Juventus Fan Service will receive instructions on how to proceed via a dedicated e-mail.
The reimbursement provides for the re-credit of the ticket price therefore any service fees and / or additional charges applied by the ticket service provider are excluded.
This reimbursement initiative only concerns the purchase by fans of individual tickets for the Juventus vs Milan match of the Italian Cup purchased through official Juventus channels. Subscriptions, packages relating to multiple matches or services and the purchase of single tickets of other matches postponed to date (by way of example and not limited to Juventus vs Olympique Lyonnais in the Champions League) are excluded: in relation to these situations, the forecasts remain existing contracts also pending official decisions on the competitions currently suspended.
