JUVENTUS-LAZIO: DID YOU KNOW?

A big match-up is scheduled for 15:00 CEST on Saturday as Juventus host last season's league runners-up Lazio at the Allianz Stadium.

It's an encounter that more-often-than-not delivers goals, and which has swung in the Bianconeri's favour for the majority of the last decade.

Ahead of the afternoon kick-off against the Biancocelesti, here's five pre-match facts to get you game ready:

GOALS GALORE | Juventus have scored in 36 of the last 37 matches against Lazio in Serie A (67 Juventus goals in total, 1.8 per game on average) – the only time the Bianconeri did not score in this period was a goalless draw on 17 November 2012. Lazio is also the opponent against whom Juventus have scored the most league goals in home matches in their history: 175 goals in 79 matches.

TURIN TORMENT | Lazio have won only one of the last 19 matches played against Juventus in Turin, with the Bianconeri recording 14 wins and four draws at home over that period.

CLEAN SHEET KEEPERS | Juventus (22) and Lazio (21) are the two teams that have recorded the highest number of clean sheets in Serie A since last season.

FINE FORM | Federico Chiesa has been involved in six goals in his last eight appearances in Serie A (four goals and two assists), as many goal contributions as in his previous 26 matches played in the Italian top-flight. His two goals scored so far this campaign has already equaled his tally from last season.

UPCOMING MILESTONES | The next match will be Weston McKennie’s 100th and Fabio Miretti’s 50th appearance for Juventus in all competitions.
