Juventus transforms broadcast model for friendly match

After the birth of the Juventus Creator Lab, the Italian club continues to expand it’s horizons in terms of innovation, this time transforming it’s broadcasting model for a unique and unmissable event. Tomorrow's friendly match, to be played on August 6 between the Juventus First Team and Juventus Next Gen teams, will be broadcast not only on traditional media channels – in this case, DAZN and Sky Sport – but on this special occasion, audiences from around the world will have the opportunity to watch the match through vantage points from the eye of various global influencers.

The Allianz Stadium match-up will be broadcast live on our Youtube Channel (outside of Italy) and will, in a unique first, also be broadcast on the social media channels of the Juventus Creator Lab's dedicated content creators, ensuring the intra-club encounter reaches the widest possible audience.

The four content creators streaming the match will be Celine Dept, Tia Tia, Adonias Fonseca, and Luca Campolunghi.

Celine Dept, a Belgian creator with more than 50 million followers and now among the top women YouTuber’s in the world, will follow the match alongside the First Team bench and broadcast the match live from her YouTube channel, which boasts more than 34 million subscribers.

Adonias Fonseca, the Juventus’ official freestyler, and American singer TiaTia will give fans an exclusive pitchside perspective, following the live match from behind the goalposts. The Brazilian will broadcast the match on his private TikTok channel, while TiaTia will be live on her YouTube channel.

Luca Campolunghi, an Italian creator with more than three million followers, will instead have exclusive social media access in Italy, reporting the event on his Twitch channel directly from the Allianz Stadium press box.

Thus, different and exclusive perspectives will be available for an ever-growing audience that will be able to join the fans at the stadium, participating in the event from every corner of the globe.

To further reinforce the importance of the Juventus Creator Lab’s unique efforts to continue to bring more to fans and celebrate the occasion, for a single match, it’s logo will be imprinted on the shirts of both teams and the event will bring to life elements of the Lab throughout the Allianz Stadium.

Since its inception, Juventus Creator Lab has launched two Original Productions on Amazon Prime Video, three on TikTok and 10 on YouTube, increasing video views by 195% and providing the unheralded access to Juventus fans. In the 2023-24 season, the Club's digital ecosystem generated over six billion video views and 530 million interactions, adding 18 million new followers.
