After the first friendly match in which they beat Servette 6-1 on Saturday, Juventus Women are ready to begin the second phase of preparation for the start of the official season, this time in the United States. From 9 to 13 August, the Bianconere will be in Louisville, Kentucky, for "The Women's Cup" tournament together with three other international teams that will compete at the Lynn Family Stadium: Racing Louisville FC, Palmeiras Futebol Feminino and Colo Colo Feminino.
ORDER OF EVENTS
- On Thursday 8 August at 20:30 CEST, the press conference for the presentation of the tournament (that will be possible to follow live on the official channels of "The Women's Cup") will take place, in which coach Canzi and a player will participate
- On Sunday 11 August, some players of the tournament will be in the Lynn Family Stadium in "The Girls Cup" to meet the young football fans present
- In the afternoon (Italian evening) of Monday, 12 August, a special event will take palce at the Mohammed Ali Museum.
FORMAT OF THE WOMEN’S CUP
The Bianconere will play two matches: on 9 August at 23:00 CEST (17:00 local time) against Colo Colo, while the second match will be played on 13 August against Racing Louisville or Palmeiras; all the matches, as mentioned, will be held at the 'Lynn Family' Stadium in Louisville, a modern facility with a capacity of over 11,000 spectators, with tickets available on the website https://thewomenscup.world/.
