After three home group matches at the Allianz against Chelsea, Wolfsburg, and Servette, the iconic stadium is set to host the Bianconere once again, this time against Lyon in the UEFA Women’s Champions League quarter-finals.
This won’t be the first time Juventus Women will play host to Lyon, who have won the tournament an impressive seven times. The two sides met in last season’s edition of the competition which ended 3-2 in favour of the French.
The first leg will take place on Wednesday, 23 March at the Allianz, with kick-off scheduled for 18:45 CET. The second leg will then see Joe Montemurro’s side head to Lyon on Thursday, 31 March, where they will take to the field at the Groupama Stadium/ Parc Olympique Lyonnais – for the second year running – at 21:00 CET.
Both occasions, like the last, are bound to be two great spectacles.
