Juventus forward Kaio Jorge will return to his homeland Brazil, having put pen to paper with top-flight club Cruzeiro.
Arriving in Turin in the summer of 2021, Kaio Jorge made 11 appearances in Serie A and in the Coppa Italia for Juventus, before having to stop at the end of February 2022 due to the rupture of the patellar tendon in his right knee, which he suffered during a match played with the Juventus Under-23 side.
The Brazilian then began his lengthy recovery process before returning to the field shortly before the start of the 2023/2024 season, on the occasion of the ‘family’ friendly match between the Juventus First Team and Juventus Next Gen staged at the Allianz Stadium on 9 August, where he scored a memorable hat-trick.
At the end of August, the striker took on a new adventure, joining Serie A side Frosinone on a season-long loan. The 22-year-old ended the campaign with 22 appearances and three goals to his name, his first strikes in the Italian top-flight.
Now a new chaper in his career begins, once again in Brazil.
Good luck for the future, Kaio!
