Michele Di Gregorio is officially bianconero.
The former Monza goalkeeper has joined Juventus.
Di Gregorio, curiously, played his last game for Monza at the Allianz Stadium, which is now his home, although he was on the bench that day.
Now, Michele joins Juventus as the winner of the Best Goalkeeper prize in Serie A last season, which was earned through his excellent reactions between the posts for Monza.
He is an all-round goalkeeper, though. Beyond his shot-stopping abilities, he is good with his feet too, making him a prime example of a modern goalkeeper.
Let’s take a look at his statistics in recent seasons
- Among the goalkeepers to have played in Serie A last season, Di Gregorio is the one to have made the most saves - 127 in 33 appearances.
- Last season, no goalkeeper in Serie A made more saves in a single match than his nine against Napoli in December.
We’re looking forward to seeing him in action for us.
Welcome to Juventus, Di Gre!
