Juventus firmly believes in the values of equality, respect and dignity for all people, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. As proof of this - for the third year running - the Club supports Milano Pride, as an Ambassador, through the Rainbow Social Fund: the fund set up by Milano Pride itself with the aim of creating a more welcoming, inclusive society that respects the rights of all, helping those who experience situations of marginality inside and outside the LGBTQIA+ community.
Aware that growth is only possible through concrete actions, Juventus is also committed to continuing the training and awareness path for its people on the theme of inclusion, in the belief that each of us can become an agent of change inside and outside the Club. A cultural path that deals with different topics: from the valorisation of differences in sexual orientation and gender identity to the promotion of a respectful and non-violent language.
