Hans Nicolussi Caviglia’s time at Juventus has come to an end, with the 24-year-old completing a transfer to Venezia. He joins on an initial loan, with the Arancioneroverde having an obligation to buy outright.
Nicolussi Caviglia is well acquainted with Juventus, having joined the club’s youth ranks at just eight years of age. The youth academy oversaw his year-on-year development not only as a footballer, but also as a man. He was a role model in every way for his teammates and led by example both from a technical and character point of view through his hard work, dedication and sacrifice.
As well as his time in the youth academy, Nicolussi Caviglia also spent time on loan at Perugia and Parma – the latter of which was unfortunately disrupted by injury, before also enjoying stints at Südtirol and Salernitana. He became a permanent member of the Juventus first team squad last season, having made his Bianconeri debut in March 2019 at the Allianz Stadium. The midfielder went on to make 13 appearances for Juventus, 10 of which came last season, including a start in the Coppa Italia final, helping his side claim domestic cup honours.
Thank you for everything Hans, and all the best for the future!
