In a wild Primavera TIM Cup match at Vinovo, Torino FC prevailed over Juventus in a penalty kick shootout.
A non-stop first half saw Juventus take the lead after Giuseppe Montaperto took a ball from Tripaldelli and found the back of the net after just three minutes. However, only three minutes later Butic equalized for Juve's city rivals.
Juventus earned a penalty kick just minutes later, but Olivieri saw his effort saved to keep the match tied at 1-1. The incredible first half continued with Torino taking the lead soon after as Bianchi put the Toros in front after 15 minutes.
Juventus would equalize after 34 minutes as Montaperto found his second of the match.
Things slowed down in the second half and neither side was able to find the back of the net through 45 minutes or 30 minutes of extra time.
Torino would move on to the next round as they won the penalty kick shootout 5-3.
