THE BIG WIN IN ROME
"We all showed great maturity, the talking was done on the pitch in Rome. Yesterday's win was by no means obvious. Since yesterday morning I saw the the faces of my teammates and I could see it in their eyes that we would win the game. Yesterday, the more motivated team won, perhaps also because we were the ones with the most to lose. Winning would have been a very important step for them, but I don't think they underestimated us and there is always a lot of respect from a sporting point of view. The crucial moment of the match was the goal we conceded at the start, because it switched us on even more and I never had the feeling that we would lose this game, and in fact we recovered it quickly and we had many opportunities."
THE STRENGTH OF THIS JUVE
"This Juve has awareness, maturity and experience at an international level. Every year very important additions have been made within the team which have brought a lot from the point of view of mentality, just as we have helped them to grow from many points of view."
THE NEXT MATCH IN THE UWCL
"The next games against Zurich and Lyon will be tough, we will have to keep our concentration high, gathering all the energy possible as it is at the end of the year and having played numerous games. We are going through a very positive period and we just have to keep this concentration for two more matches, anything can still happen. Arsenal play great football, but Lyon have a lot of experience on the pitch with players who have won a lot over the years, they are used to this stage."
