Tomorrow night the Bianconeri will be back on the field when they take on Milan in a Serie A league match at San Siro. It is a match in which Sarri isn’t expecting plain sailing.
“Tomorrow is a difficult game,” he said upon meeting journalists. “AC Milan, who created problems for us this season, are in great physical and mental form and are expressing themselves at a high level.
“The mental aspect is very delicate in this period and an error can be just around the corner. The guys know it's going to be a difficult month, and so they mustn't lose focus.”
The coach then provided an update on his players: “Our squad, according to the First Team only, has 15 outfield players. Chiellini and Alex Sandro are recovering, but we need to see in the next training session. Aaron Ramsey? For us, he is always an option, even if he is coming off a complicated period. Higuain is better, he is training continuously, and he is mentally ready.”
Before then concluding: “As a team, we still have room for improvement, even if I'm happy with what I've seen the team do, from all points of view."
