A very hot sun welcomed the Bianconeri this morning on the pitches of the Continassa Training Center, for the only training session of the day.
The boys took to the field in the morning, and after the usual warm-up phase, they worked with the ball, increasing both pace and intensity. They also focused their attention on technique, with particular reference to quality, speed, passing accuracy and the occupation of the field. Allegri's men then concluded with a match.
Tomorrow, the team will train both in the morning and afternoon.
