The world adventure of the Street Soccer USA girls at the Street Child World Cup in Doha, Qatar is over.
22 nations represented, with 13 women's and as many men's teams gave life to a true celebration, which was part of the 10th anniversary of the Bianconero, Gioca con Me project. The US women's national team Juventus | Gioca con Me by SSUSA that was presented on 10th September in New York has experienced the goals, the matches and smiles of 10 athletes, aged between 16-18, identified as part of the various national activations of SSUSA in the cities of New York, Memphis, Chicago, and Washington.
The Juventus team | Gioca con Me, finished as winners of Group 2 during the group stage.
THE RESULTS
USA - India: 3-1
Mexico - USA: 0-4
USA - Zimbabwe: 6-0
USA - Peru 0-2
Bangladesh - USA 0-4
In the quarter-finals, which were played on Saturday, the girls' adventure ended, after being beaten 2-0 by Bolivia.
The final winners were the Brazilian women's team and the Egyptian men's team.
It was a great experience for the girls, who experienced important moments, in an event that showcased football, respect and unity, from every point of view and its fundamental values being displayed by 280 youngsters on the pitch and on the land of Education City, in Doha.
