The match which kicks off at 12:30pm (CET), sees the top two sides in Serie A go head-to-head. Brescia currently lead the way in the standings on goals scored, but come the final whistle Juve will be hoping to lead the way at the summit.
Coach Rita Guarino and striker, Benedetta Glionna gave their thoughts ahead of Saturday's big game.
Guarino:"The match against Brescia represents a true spectacle of womens football. It shouldn't be seen as a title decider, it will be an important game, but not decisive."
"Both teams have a lot in common, they are two clubs that both have the desire to win the championship. It will be important for us to work on the details of how to win."
Glionna:"It will be a difficult challenge against Brescia, although it might be difficult for some players after their international commitments. We will have to try to do well and impose our game."
"Being part of this team is a great opportunity for me. I get on well with everyone and I have a great relationship with Rita Guarino, who believes a lot in us, and helps us to grow both as footballers and humans. If I were to talk about my best technical features, I would say that I'm a fast attacker, that's good in one-on-one situations, and with a certain coolness in front of goal."
