The Under-20 World Cup in Argentina has officially drawn to a close, with Uruguay getting the better of Italy in a closely-fought final.
The beautiful journey of our very own Riccardo Turicchia and Filippo Fiumanò, and all the Azzurrini in the competition, ended with a silver medal around their necks.
The final was decided by Luciano Rodriguez's goal in the 86th minute, which gave the South Americans the 1-0 victory. Turicchia featured for the full 90 minutes of the final, while Fiumanò remained an unused substitute on the bench.
Israel took third place in the tournament, defeating South Korea 3-1 in the bronze medal match.
