Roberta Ponte graduated in Law at the University of Turin, after which she passed the forensic qualification examination. Since 2002, she has been enrolled in the “Albo dell’Ordine degli Avvocati” of Turin, and since 2015 in the “Albo dei Cassazionisti”. From 2002 to 2004, she worked at Studio Legale Pavia & Ansaldo in Turin, acting as secondment to the Legal Department of Magneti Marelli S.p.A.. In 2005, she worked as a Civil Lawyer at Studio Legale Nunziante Magrone, an experience followed by a long collaboration with Studio Legale De Dominicis in Turin as a Labour Lawyer from 2005 to 2016. In 2017, Roberta Ponte decided to set up her own law studio specialising in Labour Law, until 2019 when she began to provide her consolidated expertise as a Labour Lawyer at Studio Legale Weigmann. In January 2021 she joins Juventus as "Legal Manager" and acquires increasing responsibilities until April 2023 when she is conferred the role of "Head of Legal". As of 1 July 2024 she held the position of "Chief Legal Officer".
