The Juventus Card is your personal pass to get access to the Allianz Stadium and all stadiums in Italy, even in the event of limitations provided by the National Observatory on sporting events. It is valid for 10 years from the date of issue. Click here for more info and to buy. 

If you want to make sure you will be allowed to buy tickets for each match, we suggest getting the Juventus Card by clicking here. The restrictions for each match are communicated on each occasion by the National Observatory for Sports Events, therefore we invite you to get more info in the "Tickets" section.

No, you cannot give a Juventus Card as a gift. You can only give it to a minor under 16 years of age over whom you exercise parental authority, to do so, click here, log in and select the option "I want to buy the Juventus Card for a child under 16" in the first step of the purchase process.

Yes. If the documents uploaded are correct and the card is active, the purchase of tickets is allowed. Through your MyJuve profile you can find out the Juventus Card number that will be used for the purchase. The card number will only be visible once the card has been activated following the correct validation of documents.

We suggest that you contact Fan Service to correct your data before proceeding with the purchase. This way you can speed up document verification times and subsequent issuance of the card.

Your Juventus Card is shipped in approximately 25 days from the date of validation of your documents. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking code. In the event that it is not possible to verify that the data corresponds to the document provided, we will contact you to ensure that it is correct. We would like to remind you that as soon as your Juventus card number is visible on your MyJuve profile, you can purchase tickets.

You can purchase a new Juventus Card either after its natural expiry date or after having deactivated the one still valid (through the specific function on your profile) in your possession.

Please note: the deactivation operation is irreversible and you will not be able to use the card until you purchase and validate the new one.

Each card has a unique code and duplicates cannot be produced. If you have lost your Juventus Card/Tessera del Tifoso, deactivate it through the special function on your profile; if you do not remember your card number, contact the Fan Service by clicking here.

Please note: the deactivation of the previous Juventus Card/Tafassera del Tifoso is irreversible. You will have to proceed with the purchase of a new Juventus Card and wait for your documents to be validated before you can use it.

Yes, you can become the holder of loyalty cards issued by other clubs. 

Ask your Official Fan Club to purchase your Juventus Card.

You can download the replacement print-out or place card (not valid for entrance) directly in the ticket shop from the ticket purchaser's profile. If you are a ticket holder, you must ask the purchaser to download the ticket for you and send it to you. The download is only permitted for tickets that only allow access to home games at the Allianz Stadium.
