THE MISSION AND THE GOALS

JUVENTUS ACADEMY ELITE represent a small number of important centres in the territory of Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta, selected on the basis of a series of sporting value parameters, in which the Juventus Method is conveyed.

This is done through the sharing of Juventus methodologies, the training of coaches, to have an impact on the educational quality of the youngsters, the visits made by the Juventus Academy staff during the course of the sporting season. And then with dedicated events: for example, the First Kicks/Little Friends Project (2017 and 2018), Training Meetings, Friendlies, Participation in Tournaments, Open Days, City Camps.

These clubs represent fundamental territorial points of reference as they are located in strategic areas. Precisely for this reason Juventus has the desire to help them improve and make them become real “centres of excellence” where the youngsters can have fun and play in the Juventus colours.

THE OBJECTIVES

Identify players and coaches to be included in basic Juventus activities.
Building centres of excellence together, so that prospective profiles can grow and develop within the Academies in the early years of footballing activity.
Generate technical growth.
Increase the level of Knowledge and Skills of the Academies following the Juventus Principles and Methodological Guidelines.
Increase the value of affiliates through the Juventus image and methodology, developing a magnet effect on the youngsters in the areas.
In case of non-confirmation in the basic Juventus activities, directing players and coaches within the Juventus Academy in high-level technical groups, in order to continue the path of growth in the clubs that follow the same methodology and the same values.
To develop correct conduct and management of football schools in Piedmont and in Italy.
Provide clubs with the bases to educate their children in quality sporting activity.
Promote a correct sports culture, with children and staff at the centre (fulcrum of the training course of athletes).
