Cristiano Giuntoli began his football career playing in Serie C and D. After hanging up his boots at the age of 36, he took his first steps as a Sporting Director. His initial experience was with La Spezia, followed by a successful spell at Carpi, where he achieved four promotions over six seasons. In the 2015/2016 season, he joined Napoli, where he won his first trophy, the 2019/2020 Coppa Italia, and later secured the Scudetto in the 2022/2023 season.
In July 2023, Cristiano joined Juventus as the "Football Director." Starting from the 2024/2025 season, he holds the position of "Managing Director Football."
