Less than three years after first opening its doors on 16 May 2012, Juventus Museum today crossed the 500,000 visitor milestone, a remarkable achievement for an attraction that continues to enjoy phenomenal success.
Going down in history as lucky number 500,000 was Manuel Manias, who had travelled 16,500km from Australia to take in the jewel in the Juventus Stadium crown.
An already memorable day was made even more special by the appearance of Bianconeri legend Pavel Nedved, who led Manuel on a personalised guided tour of the museum.
Among the many artefacts enjoyed by the youngster was Juventus Museum’s most recent addition – a case featuring Marcello Lippi’s tactics for Barcelona and Carles Puyol’s shirt from that 2003 encounter.
