A first call-up for Tarik Muharemovic

Youngster Tarik Muharemovic has received his first senior Juventus call-up ahead of the Bianconeri's Coppa Italia Round of 16 clash against Salernitana.

The Juve number 44, born in Ljubljana in Slovenia on 28 February 2003, is a central defender who started out in the Juventus Under-19 side in the 2021/22 season, making 33 appearances that year, five of which came in the UEFA Youth League.

Last season he played both for the U-19 and Next Gen side, with whom he has made 18 appearances so far this campaign in Serie C (1522 minutes in total) plus one appearance in the Coppa Italia.

Last September he renewed his contract in Bianconero until 2026.
