Having just put the finishing touches to his transfer from Genoa, Stefano Sturaro participated in his first training session as a Juventus player earlier this morning.
Whilst those who featured in yesterday’s draw with Udinese at the Stadio Friuli underwent a warm-down in the gym, the 21-year-old midfielder was among the rest of the group as they took part in drills focused on fitness and technique before bringing the session to a close with a practice match contested on a reduced pitch. On a side note, Patrice Evra was absent from today’s workout due to a light bout of tonsillitis.
Tomorrow sees the Bianconeri return to training for another session pencilled in for the morning as they step up their preparations for Saturday’s big match with Milan at Juventus Stadium.
