This is what was said:

Andrea Agnelli

"The Board of Directors has just assigned offices and powers: in addition to the confirmation of Chairman and Vice-Chairman, which honours Pavel Nedved and myself, the Board has appointed Maurizio Arrivabene as CEO.

"Compared to 2019, there is no downsizing for us, but a paradigm shift. We need to start a new path of credibility, based on 5 dimensions: financial, management, ESG, politics, and sports. Work, discipline, and sacrifice are our values and those of Turin, which inspire us in our loving Juve, fighting, suffering, and, finally, winning.

"We are Juventus. Sporting competitiveness means winning and aiming to do so in every competition. Our horizon does not change; our turnover, excluding Covid, is healthy and allows us to make the best choices to win because this is what counts here.

"This is a difficult moment, but not the most difficult I can remember. In 2010, a corporate culture had to be rebuilt, which exists today. We have increased the level of sporting professionalism, through the Under 23s and Women.

“The 2019 plan was an expansion plan, and Covid was the perfect storm for us. This is an exciting and emotional time for the challenges it offers us. For the 2022/2023 season there are no Financial Fair Play problems. Regarding the 2023/2024 season, we will have to make the necessary evaluations, also in light of the future's new parameters.

"We have given Consob all the documentation requested on the subject of capital gains, but it should be remembered that every Price Sensitive transaction is officially communicated by the club. We're providing maximum collaboration, with maximum serenity.

"Juventus has about 75 professional players across three teams. Thinking that 25 of them enter into the First Team every year is difficult, so market operations will always be there. Having said that, the value of the players' market has dropped. We need a healthier management of 'zero parameters'.

"None of us, as a Club, look for protection. There is a need for a sustainable environment in which to operate. For example, the Nations League has been able to insert and position the European national teams in homogeneous contexts. It is an excellent model. The keyword is sustainability. Almost all are dissatisfied with the system within which they operate: obviously, there is a need to intervene.

"We hope that a form of dialogue will resume, which will lead to a more sustainable system of international and domestic competitions. It is difficult to deal with subjects with different interests because the correct formula cannot be found."

PAVEL NEDVED

"We have tried and are trying to rejuvenate the team, knowing that what matters is always the victory. The players, coach, staff, and all of us, know this. We had some difficulties, but we are going to start again tomorrow.

"It is difficult to talk about the Scudetto and the objectives right now. We have to look at the opponents who are in front of us, and work match after match because we still have a long way to go. We believe that the squad is sufficient and very good. We will evaluate things in January, but we are sure that the squad is of absolute value to aim for the top places.

"We are at an excellent point in Paulo Dybala's renewal. We are very happy that he is back and in good shape on the field, we are trying to conclude the operation."

Maurizio Arrivabene

"The Cristiano Ronaldo deal brought great image benefits for Juventus, but also for Italian football. After his departure, the team had to get used to putting all the responsibilities on their shoulders.

"In the summer, prudent market choices were made, which will also be done in the future. Sustainable club growth means cost efficiency and sporting competitiveness. Without forgetting that the system works when you win.

"A mini stadium is a necessity and a future desire, taking into account priorities. The idea of proposing a sustainable stadium, from an environmental point of view and beyond, which can also host non-football events, is interesting."

Stefano Cerrato

"According to the international accounting principles, the value of our debt is of that included in the financial statements."
