TEAM FEELING
"We are coming back from a well-deserved victory in the derby against a good Torino team. Now, we have to follow up on that win by beating Empoli. I still have to evaluate a few things and after today's training I will have clearer ideas. The team is doing better mentally, our mood always depends on the results. Dušan Vlahović played one of his best games against Torino from a technical point of view, as did Moise Kean. I'm very happy with Moise because he is improving, he's better physically and makes himself available to the team.
"Federico Chiesa and Paul Pogba will still not be available for tomorrow. Chiesa has made progress and a friendly match will be organised for him on Saturday morning. Paul has only partially done a few things with the team. I'm fortunate to have six defenders and to be able to rotate them. I'm happy with Leonardo Bonucci because he is a responsible man and is always an added value for the team, he's the captain and a player with personality, it's normal that I have to try to manage his strength and energy. Fabio Miretti is doing better and he has played many games since the beginning of the season, he is growing, just like Nicolò Fagioli and Matias Soulé."
THE MATCH AGAINST EMPOLI
"Tomorrow, will not be an easy match, last season they beat us at home. Empoli are a fast and technical team, which physically engages you. To beat them you have to match them, it's clear that from now until the end of the year we must no longer make any more mistakes."
