What a great party!

Once again the Allianz Stadium opened its doors for the in-house friendly, between the First Team and the Next Gen. It was a day of cheer, smiles and applause, perfect for energising both squads ahead of the start of the season, with Next Gen playing in the Italian Cup on 11th August and the First Team playing host to Como on the 19th.

A friendly powered by Juventus Creator Lab, which on this occasion reinvented football broadcasting for the match by including, in addition to the "traditional" commentary, unprecedented live broadcasts by Creators who collaborate with us: Celine Dept, Luca Campolunghi, Adonias Fonseca and Tia Tia.

Alongside all this, the game itself was very entertaining. The First Team played good football and displayed a growing cohesiveness, ahead of Sunday's challenging test against Atletico Madrid in Gothenburg.

Montero's Next Gen continues their march towards the start of the season in the Italian Cup.

It should also be noted that the match was played over two half-hour halves, and the huge crowd in the stands of the Allianz Stadium (practically sold out) got to see four goals, two in each half: first by Danilo in the 26th minute who pounced on a rebound, and then by Weah four minutes later via an impressive piece of individual play.

The second half saw some quality play: first in the 39th minute when Yildiz found the back of the net from a corner kick, and then in the 43rd minute Kephren Thuram scored a beautiful goal, lighting up the game with a fantastic finish on the turn.

The match ended, as in the Villar Perosa days, with a pitch invasion.

Our next match is in a few days in Gothenburg.
