APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FOOTBALL OFFICER

Juventus Football Club S.p.A. (“Juventus” or the “Company”) announces the appointment of Francesco Calvo, already Chief of Staff of the Company, as Chief Football Officer, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, Maurizio Scanavino. The Football Director, Federico Cherubini, the Women’s Football Director, Stefano Braghin, and the Head of Football Operations, Paolo Morganti will report to the Chief Football Officer.
