Approved draft financial statements & shareholders’ meeting convened

The Board of Directors of Juventus Football Club S.p.A., in a meeting chaired by Andrea Agnelli, has approved the draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended June 30, 2021, which will be submitted for approval to the Shareholders’ Meeting called for October 29, 2021 at 10:30 a.m., on single call, at the Allianz Stadium.
