Board approves draft financial statements

In a meeting chaired by club president Andrea Agnelli, the Juventus Football Club S.p.A board of directors today approved the draft financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2016:

• The year 2015/2016 confirms the improvement reported in previous years; operations closed with a profit for the second year in a row.

• The Board of Directors approved the draft financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2016, reporting a profit of € 4.1 million which will be allocated to reserves.

• The Shareholder's OGM will be called for 25 October 2016 at 10.00 CEST, on single call, at Juventus Stadium.
