"We are aware that to get to fourth place we need to take one step at a time. The match had become complicated after a bad first half; lately we have been conceding too many goals and we have to improve while maintaining clarity. Now let's prepare for the Italian Cup, and let's look at it with the glass half full: at the beginning of the season we would have lost these games. Having said that, after the draw we would have had to try, even just two moves, to overturn it, since we were eleven against nine: you have to score when you have the opportunity. There is still work to be done, so let's stay focused, let's not be rushed and let's keep working."

"At the end of the match we tried to push everyone forward, putting pressure to look for that equalising goal and it arrived. We could also have also taken the lead with a little more clarity in the last passage of play. It's too bad, as three points would have helped us - they would have given us so much."
