Netherlands' dominance continued in the qualifying round for Euro 2020. Matthijs de Ligt, who started for his country from the first minute, beat Estonia 0-4, in Tallinn. Babel (with a brace), Depay and Wijnaldum were all on the scoresheet for the Oranje. De Ligt's team are second in the group, with nine points from three victories against Germany, Northern Ireland, and, of course, Estonia.
Speaking of Germany, Emre Can's nation tasted victory against Northern Ireland, recording a 0-2 scoreline thanks to goals from Halstenberg and Gnabry. Emre Can came on as a subsitute.
Szczesny was not involved in the goalless draw at home against Poland.
