As Paulo Dybala collected the ball from Juan Cuadrado on the right side of the Barcelona penalty area seven minutes into the Champions League quarter-final first leg at Juventus Stadium, few would have been surprised that the ball was arching into the net a matter of seconds later, despite the extraordinary nature of the finish.
That opening goal was one that only a player of Dybala's quality is capable of producing and remains the defining moment of the Bianconeri's thrilling march to the competition's semi-finals so far.
For that alone, Juve's number 21 is well worthy of April's EA April MVP award. Beyond it, the Argentinian has enjoyed one of his finest months to date in a black and white shirt, continuing a perfectly timed scoring run throughout the Spring to take his side to within inches of a second consecutive domestic double and perhaps even more...
As ever, Paulo will be presented with his award by one lucky **J-Member** on Saturday night, moments before kick-off of the Derby della Mole at Juventus Stadium.
