Eurowatch: Victory in the Canaries

Much like Juventus, it was three goals and three points for Real Madrid on Saturday with a 3-0 win in the Canary Islands over Las Palmas.

Gareth Bale opened the scoring in the 26th minute while Karim Benzema made it 2-0 from the penalty spot in the 36th.

Bale added his own PK in the 51st minute as Madrid cruised to a routine victory. Madrid have now won five matches in a row in all competitions sitting comfortably in third place in La Liga heading into Tuesday night's showdown at Allianz Stadium.
