Unforgettable. Unique. Overwhelming. #W8NDERFUL. Juventus’ Scudetto is a record, matured game after game, from the first victory in Verona to the last success at Allianz Stadium last Saturday.
EIGHT STATISTICS FROM EIGHT CONSECUTIVE SCUDETTI
Juventus have won eight league titles in a row, setting the new record for consecutive titles won in the five major European leagues - improving their own streak and that of Lyon between 2001/02 to 2007/08 (seven in a row).
The Italian flag arrived five match days early: no team has done better in a three-point Serie A campaign per victory (from 1994/95), equalling Inter 2006/07.
With 28 wins from the first 33 games in this Serie A campaign, no team has ever done better (28 for the Bianconeri was also achieved in 2013/14, with Antonio Conte).
After not having lost any away match in the league throughout 2018, Juventus became one of the nine unbeaten teams on the road in a single calendar year of Serie A.
Juventus gained 87 points in the first 33 Serie A games in the 2018/19 season. No team has ever done better (87 also for the Bianconeri in 2013/14); while they also won 101 points in the 2018 calendar year in Serie A, equaling the record achieved by Torino in 1948, considering three points for a victory.
The Bianconeri have secured 53 points in the first round of this league: a new record by the mid-way point in Serie A.
During 2018, Juventus secured 32 Serie A victories, the only time they did better in a single calendar year was in 2016 (33 successes).
Finally, the Lady lost only one race in 2018 in Serie A (vs Napoli in April), no team has done better when starting from the previous record of zero defeats in the 2006 calendar year, still achieved by Juventus.
