It’s a special day for Federico Chiesa, who blows out 26 candles on his birthday cake today, celebrating a fourth birthday in our black and white shirt.
Our number 7 enjoyed a stellar start to the season, contributing four goals and an assist in his eight appearances so far, and is hungry for more following a minor injury lay-off, as shown in his lively substitute appearance in Sunday’s victory over Milan.
His character and resilience has shone through after his lengthy knee injury, the Italian forward remaining committed and determined over his difficult time on the sidelines to return even stronger, giving his all on the pitch and posing a constant threat to opposition defenders each time he steps onto the pitch, his pace, skill and eye for goal making him an integral part of the Juve attack.
Chiesa recently reached a century of games in Bianconero, and with 26 goals to his name, he’s no doubt looking to add to his tally, starting with Juve’s next fixture at home to Hellas Verona this Saturday.
