“At Juve I found a winning mentality which is the same as mine: and it’s because of this that I am as happy as my first day when I arrived a few years ago.” These are the words of Mario Mandzukic from a month and a half ago when he renewed his contract.
Mentality.
If there is someone who personifies this word it is Mario Mandzukic, who turns 33 years old today. Mario is a striker who scores goals, and also important ones (just to give an example: he decided Juve-Napoli in the first fixture of the season). But also, and perhaps above all, he is a champion who is always at the service of the team and looking for a team victory. He scores and battles for 90 minutes, often doing a silent but fundamental job.
Noting has to be quiet today. Today, a strong applause must be heard from all of us, while we wish our champion a happy birthday!
